Karen O'Neil

Karen created and taught hard skills training courses for Verizon Central Office Technicians for over 10 years prior to leaving to help in the development of Impact Skill Sets, Inc in 2011. At Impact she provided office administration and grant writing assistance. She is now the owner of Impact Skill Sets specializing in grant writing and administration, specifically for the Massachusetts Workforce Grant fund.
