Steve Marquedant

Steve Marquedant is the current president of Strategic Link and has worked with Fortune 500 companies as well as those with only a few. Strategic Link is a training and consulting company with the goal of driving individual, team, departmental, or organizational improvements and facilitating process controls and stronger financial performance. Steve provides leadership coaching and training to a variety of key executives. He also performs ISO 9001 and AS 9100 quality system support along with lean manufacturing and process based training and consulting on topics such as value stream mapping, waste reduction, process flow, process risk, goals setting to ensure process effectiveness using a systematic approach. He effectively utilized these approaches helping EMC, Munters, Necco candy, Budweiser, Dunkin Donuts, Cambrooke Foods, and a variety of large and small companies.

Steve was also the past president of NQA, USA, a leading 3rd party registrar, for 10 years. As President, he was responsible for running offices in North and South America that certified Aerospace primes such as Raytheon, Boeing, and Lockheed Martin; government organizations such as NASA and the Pentagon; and commercial organizations such as Dell EMC, Crown Company, Canon, and HP. Steve was also on the Technical Committees for ISO 9001, AS 9100 (Aerospace Manufacturing), and AS 9120 standard (Aerospace Distribution), and is an Exemplar Global certified professional auditor.

Prior to helping start NQA, USA, Steve held manufacturing and mechanical engineering positions with Raytheon working on the Patriot Missile. He was also an engineer for NTS, where he performed a variety of product compliance testing including shock and vibration, thermal, salt-fog, accelerated aging, and EMI to military and nuclear standards.
